Instructions
1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan, add shredded cabbage, diced potatoes, and lentils, and mix in the oil for 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and sliced chili peppers, and two minutes later add the spices. Continue cooking for another five minutes, stirring to coat everything well with oil.
2. Add the broth, bring to a boil, and season. Simmer for 20 minutes or until the lentils are cooked.
3. Stir in lemon juice and zest, check the seasoning, and serve.
