1. INSTRUCTIONS:
- ⚠️♨️ In the microwave, warm the milk and soften the butter in a bowl.
- Mix in the flour, then add the yeast, sugar, salt, and lemon.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes using a bread machine, a stand mixer, or by hand.
- The dough should easily come off the sides or fingers.
- Divide it into 150g portions on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 😴 Let it rest at room temperature for 50 minutes, it will double in size.
- ⚠️♨️ 15 minutes before the end of the 50 minutes, preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F).
- Wet each portion with a little water using your finger, then sprinkle with seeds.
- ⚠️♨️ Fill a baking dish with water and place the buns on a rack above it.
- ⚠️♨️ Bake (preferably with convection heat) for 15 minutes, until the buns are golden.
- ⚠️♨️ Monitor the cooking process.
