Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - ⚠️🔪 Wash and remove the basil leaves.
    - ⚠️🔪 Slice the zucchini, onions, and garlic.
    - ⚠️🔪 Cut the chicken into pieces.
    - ⚠️♨️ Brown the chicken in a non-stick skillet.
    - In a pot, add water, broth, zucchini, onion, garlic, and chicken.
    - ⚠️♨️ Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat.
    - Season with salt and pepper to taste before mixing.
    - Add the basil and let it rest for 5 minutes.
    - Mix and serve.
  • 2.   SERVICE & TASTING:

    - Serve the soup in bowls.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy hot in the evening.
