Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - ⚠️♨️ Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
    - Put the cornflakes in a bowl.
    - Let it cool for 2 minutes, then pour it over the cornflakes.
    - Mix well so that all the flakes are coated in chocolate.
    - Using 2 spoons, make small clusters on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    - 😴❄️ Place them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to solidify.
    - Remove from the paper to serve.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - Present the clusters in a bowl.
    - 🍽️ Enjoy them cold.

Notes & Suggestions

  • 20 clusters for 4 people = 5 clusters per person.
  • Can be stored for 1 week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
  • Can be consumed after exercising.
