Instructions

  • 1.   INSTRUCTIONS:

    - ⚠️♨️ Melt the butter in a double boiler or in the microwave. Set aside.
    - Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.
    - Add the flour and baking powder, then mix in the milk and melted butter.
    - Stir until you have a smooth and homogeneous batter.
    - Season with salt and pepper to taste, then mix again and let it rest for 30 minutes.
    - ⚠️♨️ Preheat the waffle iron and pour a small ladle of batter onto it.
    - ⚠️♨️ Cook each waffle for 3 to 4 minutes.
    - ⚠️🔪 Cut the salmon into strips and place them on top of the waffles.
  • 2.   SERVING & TASTING:

    - 🍽️ Enjoy hot with a savory whipped cream flavored with thyme.
