Fettuccine with squid and red peppers

Instructions

  • 1.   Bring a large pot of water to a boil to cook the pasta. You will add the pasta to the water when the squid is ready if using fresh pasta.
  • 2.   Heat half of the olive oil in a large skillet to sauté the squid prepared by your fishmonger and cut into small pieces over high heat. Once they are tender, remove them from the skillet and keep them warm.
  • 3.   In the same skillet, heat the remaining olive oil to sauté the finely sliced red peppers and garlic, stirring often. When the mixture is fragrant, add the arugula and then the squid. Quickly reheat.
  • 4.   As soon as the pasta is cooked, drain it and present it in a large shallow dish. Add the squid on top, then crumble the feta cheese and serve immediately.

  • 125 ml of olive oil (optional)
  • 450 g of squid
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 250 g of arugula
  • 100 g of feta
  • salt (according to taste)
