Low-sugar and low-glycemic chocolate muffins

Amazing chocolate muffins!!! A snack loved by my children and me. A little treat in my new sugar-free diet. Made with low-glycemic flours and alternative sugars!

Instructions

  • 1.   Recipe for approximately 8 muffins:
    - 100g whole wheat flour (T150)
    - 100g spelt flour (T110)
    - 1/2 packet of baking powder
    - 100g butter or vegetable oil
    - 2 eggs
    - 40g birch sugar (glycemic index = 7) (or 30g acacia honey) + 30g agave syrup
    - 120g almond milk
    - 1 packet of dark chocolate chips
  • 2.   Mix the flours and baking powder.
  • 3.   In another bowl, mix the eggs, agave syrup, sugar, milk, and melted butter.
  • 4.   Add mixture 1 to the bowl, then add the packet of chocolate chips.
  • 5.   Pour the batter into muffin molds and bake for 23 minutes at 180 °C.

  • 100 g of whole wheat flour (T150)
  • 100 g of spelled flour (T110)
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g of birch sugar or xylitol
  • 30 g of agave syrup
  • 120 g of almond milk
  • 1 bag of dark chocolate chip
