I love salad bowls so I enjoy them before moving on to winter soups. It's great for using up leftovers from the fridge. This one is low GI and is made with carrots, avocado, whole grain Camargue rice, green salad, tuna, mushrooms, feta cheese, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, basil leaves, and a few pumpkin seeds. I can tell you, after this, you won't be hungry anymore!
