Cauliflower, zucchini, and carrot soup + low-sugar and low-GI fresh sheep cheese

Let's make some soup! I tried it with cauliflower and to soften its strong taste, I added zucchini and carrots + fresh sheep cheese. It was delicious. The taste of the cauliflower was light and perfect.

Instructions

  • 1.   Here's the recipe:
    - 450g of pre-cooked cauliflower from Picard (frozen food brand)
    - 1 zucchini
    - 2 carrots
    - water
    Cook for 30 minutes.
  • 2.   Add 2 tablespoons of 15% fat cream, salt, and pepper. Blend.
    Add pepper, basil, and fresh sheep cheese on top.
    Enjoy!
