Apple almond cake with a few chocolate chips, sugar-free and low glycemic index

Apple almond cake with a few melting chocolate chips on top of the warm cake Sweetened with Xylitol (birch sugar) which has a glycemic index of 0 and does not have the unpleasant taste of artificial sweeteners. T110 flour for a lower glycemic index as well. And almonds and apples for fiber. So a guilt-free dessert to enjoy. This was our snack for the weekend and the four of us finished it all at once, Yum.

Instructions

  • 1.   Mix egg + xylitol
  • 2.   Add flour + almond and mix
  • 3.   gradually add milk and mix, then add melted butter or odorless coconut oil
  • 4.   Cut the apples very finely and place them in a dish
  • 5.   Pour the batter over them
  • 6.   Bake at 180°C for 30 minutes
  • 7.   Enjoy slightly warm with chocolate chips.

  • 40 g of birch sugar or xylitol
  • 60 g of spelled flour (T110)
  • 70 g of almond powder
  • 60 g of butter
  • 65 ml of almond milk
  • 4 apples
  • 1 handful of dark chocolate chip
