Low-sugar and low-GI Banana Oat & Chocolate Cake

Low-GI Banana Oat & Chocolate Cake for breakfast or snack, melt-in-your-mouth texture And it's also butter-free, sugar-free, and flour-free. Before, when I saw a recipe with those words, I thought it wouldn't be very good, but by testing it, I realized the number of possible alternatives. Here, butter is replaced by almond butter. Sugar is replaced by coconut sugar, which has a low GI. Flour is replaced by oat flakes.
