Instructions
1. _ 1 grated zucchini
_ 80g of oat flakes
_ 1 small red or white onion
_ 30g of parmesan cheese
_ 1 beaten egg
_ 1 tsp curry powder
_ basil leaves
2. Cook the onion and zucchini in 2 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan for 7 minutes.
3. Then mix everything together and bake in stainless steel rings in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
4. Enjoy them instead of a steak with vegetables.
