- 1. The recipe:
- 150g whole wheat flour (T150)
- 50g barley flour (or spelt flour T110)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 25g coconut sugar
- 150g almond milk
- 40g acacia honey
- 100g butter or oil
- 2 eggs
- spices: 1 tsp cardamom, 1 tsp ginger, 2 tsp cinnamon, 3 tsp green anise seeds
- 100g dark chocolate chips - 2. 1. Mix flours, salt, baking powder, coconut sugar, and spices.
- 3. 2. Heat milk and honey in a saucepan for a few minutes and add the butter (or oil) until melted.
- 4. Mix 1 + 2. Then add the eggs and mix well. Add the chocolate chips.
- 5. Bake in a loaf pan for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- 6. Wait 15 minutes before tasting.
