Low Sugar and Low Glycemic Index Burger

Yummy Low Glycemic Index Burger Here are my little burger buns! I enjoyed them even though the texture wasn't as airy as a classic burger bun. The kids liked them too. Cool!

Instructions

  • 1.   The recipe:
    - 225g of spelt flour T110
    - 50g of chickpea flour
    - 25g of oat bran
    - 1 packet of baker's yeast
    - 25g of olive oil
    - 1 pinch of salt
    - 100mL of water
    - 10g of agave syrup
    - sesame seeds
  • 2.   1. Mix everything and knead the dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little spelt flour. If it's too dry, add a little water.
  • 3.   2. Shape into 1 large ball and cover with a cloth. Let it rest for 1 hour and 30 minutes in the oven at 45°C (113°F).
  • 4.   3. Shape into 4 small balls, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and let it rest again for 1 hour in the oven at 45°C (113°F), covered with a cloth.
  • 5.   4. Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
  • 6.   In my burger, I used:
    lettuce, tomato, ground beef, sheep cheese, onion.
