MY DAILY dessert with no sugar and low glycemic index

MY DAILY dessert #sugarfree #lowgi and 100% awesome as my kids would say I always need a little dessert after a meal and every day, either for lunch or dinner, I have this dessert, varying the fruits according to the seasons. It's simple but oh so good. Plus, I don't crave cookies afterwards.

Instructions

  • 1.   For 1 person:
    - about 120g of sheep's milk yogurt or skyr or plain plant-based yogurt (personally, I alternate between the 3)
    - 1 heaping tsp of 100% hazelnut butter
    - 1 serving of fruits of your choice
  • 2.   On that day, I added some toasted sliced almonds to finish off leftovers
