CHOCO-HAZELNUT CEREAL BARS with 0 sugar and Low GI

A HEALTHY SNACK with a low glycemic index for your children (and you), sound tempting? These NO-BAKE CHOCO-HAZELNUT CEREAL BARS with no added sugar can be made in just 5 minutes and can be stored in the fridge for at least 10 days. It's not easy to offer homemade snacks to our children every day. But no guilt, we do what we can. So if you're as busy as I am, I promise, these bars are super quick to make on Sundays for the whole week. You can't see the cereals, just to trick the picky kids who don't like oat flakes, teenagers can be tough... Indeed, my family told me they look a bit like droppings, but I made them randomly for the shape, you can change it.
