Instructions

  • 1.   Serves 4

    The biscuit base:
    - 60g of oat flakes (gluten-free option available)
    - 40g of hazelnut powder
    - 50g of 100% peanut butter
    - 20g of hazelnut oil (or coconut oil)
    - 1 tbsp of agave syrup
  • 2.   Blend the oat flakes with the hazelnut powder. Add the oil, peanut butter, and agave syrup. Mix well and press into small stainless steel circles or into a medium-sized circle for a single version. Chill in the fridge.
  • 3.   The topping:
    - 90g of 70% dark chocolate
    - 180g of plant-based yogurt (coconut used here), be careful, if you use cow's milk yogurt, it will be too acidic.
  • 4.   Melt the chocolate and then add the yogurt. Pour this mixture over the biscuit base. Let it set in the fridge for 2 hours.
