Low Sugar and Low GI Sea Terrine

This cold terrine is 100% healthy and rich in protein. It is great to accompany a salad. To serve with a quick sauce: mustard, tomato sauce, plant-based cream, salt/pepper.

Instructions

  • 1.   Additional information:
    110 g can of tuna
    120 g can of crab

    Cut the zucchini, onions, and garlic into small pieces.

    Cook the zucchini, garlic, and onion. Set aside.

    Mix the eggs, turmeric, bran, cashew cream, then add the tuna and crab meat and add the zucchini.

    Put in a loaf pan.

    Bake for 35 minutes at 190 °C.

  • 3 eggs
  • 35 g of oat bran
  • 20 cl of cashew cream
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 canned tuna in water (drained weight)
  • 1 small crab meat
  • salt (according to taste)
  • pepper (according to taste)
