Spinach, goat cheese, and strawberry salad

Instructions

  • 1.   In a salad bowl, place the spinach leaves (or lamb's lettuce).
  • 2.   Add the strawberries, cut into pieces.
  • 3.   Crumble the mild, fresh goat cheese. Add caramelized pecans (or walnuts, almonds), preferably glazed.
  • 4.   Season (or not) according to your taste with a raspberry vinaigrette (or balsamic vinegar-based dressing).

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup (optional)
