Instructions

  • 1.   1) Cook the pasta. Rinse with cold water and drain.
  • 2.   2) Crumble the small goat cheeses into pieces. Let them melt on the hot pasta.
  • 3.   3) Wash and dice the tomatoes. Add them to the pasta.
  • 4.   4) Prepare the sauce with olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, salt, and chopped basil. Pour the sauce over the pasta and mix.
  • 5.   5) Serve chilled.
