Strawberry mousse with mascarpone

Instructions

  • 1.   Wash and remove the stems from the strawberries. Puree them.
  • 2.   Beat the mascarpone with the sugars. Add the puree.
  • 3.   Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the mixture.
  • 4.   Pour into 4 glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours for the mousse to set.
