Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them into quarters.
  • 2.   Peel the mango and cut it into pieces.
  • 3.   Soak the rice paper sheets in cold water to soften them, then place them on a damp towel.
  • 4.   Place the fruit pieces at the bottom center of the rice paper sheet.
  • 5.   Pour a spoonful of jam over the fruit and add a few mint leaves.
  • 6.   Start rolling the rice paper sheet, then fold in the sides and continue rolling to form a spring roll.
