Fresh goat cheese and tapenade bricks

Instructions

  • 1.   Prepare a tomato and garlic concassé.
  • 2.   Take 2 sheets of brick pastry, place 2 goat cheeses in the center (or at the end of 2 strips of brick pastry)
  • 3.   Cover with the tomato and garlic concassé
  • 4.   Then with tapenade
  • 5.   Sprinkle with a little chives and paprika.
  • 6.   Close the brick pastry like a purse and tie it with a kitchen twine (or fold it like a samosa).
  • 7.   Make 6 of them, place them on a hot baking sheet (200°C) for 5 minutes (or longer if they are samosas).
  • 8.   Take them out of the oven and place them on a bed of lettuce, season with a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
    Replace the kitchen twine with a sprig of chives.
