Instructions
1. Slice the chicken into strips. Peel the carrots and cut them into matchsticks. Peel the ginger and cut it into thin slices. Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices. Peel and crush the garlic.
2. Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté for a few minutes.
