Instructions

  • 1.   Drain your mozzarella ball and slice it.
  • 2.   In a bowl, mix the pesto and sour cream.
  • 3.   Wash and dry the spinach leaves.
  • 4.   Roll out your pizza dough. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • 5.   Cover the surface of your dough with a layer of the sour cream/pesto mixture, then add spinach leaves and mozzarella slices. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 6.   Bake in a preheated oven at its maximum temperature for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • 7.   Once out of the oven, drizzle your pizza with a dash of olive oil. Cut it into pieces.

  • 50 g of spinach sprout
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
