Instructions

  • 1.   Cut the cabbage in half and soak in water and wine vinegar
  • 2.   Sauté the onion in oil at the bottom of the pressure cooker
  • 3.   Meanwhile, cut the cabbage into strips
  • 4.   Add the cabbage pieces to the onions
  • 5.   Cover with water and add the bouillon cubes
  • 6.   Close the pressure cooker and cook for 10 minutes under pressure
