Instructions

  • 1.   Preheat the oven to 180°C / 350°F.
  • 2.   Peel the potatoes, or leave the skin on if it is thin.
  • 3.   Cut them lengthwise and place them on a baking sheet, with the rounded side facing down. Sprinkle with salt and bake in a hot oven until the top is golden brown.
  • 4.   Serve hot with green salad and all kinds of cheeses (from kiri for children to maroilles...).
  • 5.   It's delicious, economical, and fat-free. Delicious with cancoillotte!
