Instructions

  • 1.   Wash the potatoes, do not peel them (unless you have old potatoes with thick skin).
  • 2.   Cut the potatoes into thin slices (3 to 5 mm), without cutting all the way through (use chopsticks as a guide).
  • 3.   Brush the potatoes with melted butter or oil.
  • 4.   Add salt, herbs, and spices.
  • 5.   Bake in the oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 45 minutes.
  • 6.   Serve hot.
