Instructions

  • 1.   for the purée: Steam the sliced carrots and zucchini. Put them in a blender, add olive oil, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper. Blend.
  • 2.   For the cream in 1 minute: Mix the yogurt with mustard and turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Cook the soft-boiled eggs (5 minutes in boiling water).
  • 4.   Serve the purée, add the cream, and place the soft-boiled egg on top, then cut it to let the yolk run. Sprinkle with coriander.
