Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the rice in advance (about 20 minutes) and mix it with 1 tablespoon of avocado oil - refrigerate
  • 2.   Boil the Edamame beans (with the pods) for 5 minutes in boiling water, then rinse under cold water - remove the beans and keep them refrigerated.
  • 3.   Cut the mango into small cubes, slice the avocado into strips, and slice the radishes. Cut the cucumber into rounds.
  • 4.   Grate the carrots and finely slice the cabbage.
  • 5.   Cut the salmon into cubes and mix it with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of avocado oil, 1 teaspoon of agave syrup, and a little dill - refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 6.   Prepare your sauce by blending 1/5th of the mango with 3 tablespoons of avocado oil, 1 tablespoon of soybean oil, lemon juice, and a tiny bit of wasabi sauce.
  • 7.   Place the rice at the bottom of the bowl and distribute the rest of the ingredients on top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and a little dill, and serve with the sauce.
