Honey and Balsamic Chicken Breasts

Instructions

  • 1.   In a pot of salted boiling water, add half of the soy sauce, the bouquet garni, and the chicken breasts. Cook for 25 minutes.
  • 2.   Meanwhile, in another pot, pour the honey, the remaining soy sauce, and the balsamic vinegar. Mix well and heat over low heat for a few minutes. Rinse and finely chop the scallions.
  • 3.   Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F). Drain the chicken breasts and place them in an oven-safe dish. Pour the honey sauce over them, season with pepper, and bake for 25 minutes, flipping the breasts regularly.
  • 4.   Remove the chicken breasts from the oven, sprinkle them with scallions, and serve immediately.

  • 15 g of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 stalk of spring onion
