Instructions

  • 1.   Peel the peaches, remove the pits, and blend them in a blender until you obtain a smooth puree. Divide the puree among the different glasses (approximately 1 tablespoon, about 50 g).
  • 2.   Non-alcoholic version (soft)
    and fill the rest with lemonade. As a guideline, typically use 1/3 of the glass volume for the peach puree and 2/3 for the lemonade.
  • 3.   Alcoholic version
    and fill the rest with Prosecco. As a guideline, typically use 1/3 of the glass volume for the peach puree and 2/3 for the Prosecco.
  • 4.   You can decorate the glass if desired: a peach slice, a physalis, etc.
