Instructions

  • 1.   Rinse and heat the red beans, then place them in each plate.
  • 2.   Lightly melt the feta cheese in pieces in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Serve over the beans and add ham. Sprinkle with spices, pepper, and coriander leaves. Add olives.
  • 3.   No need for salt, the feta cheese contains enough.
