Instructions

  • 1.   Steam the broccoli florets for 10 minutes and sauté the sliced mushrooms in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil until lightly golden.
  • 2.   Mix the flour with oat bran, curry powder, and yeast. Add water, eggs one by one, and whisk in between each addition. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
  • 3.   Add the vegetables and cheese in pieces. Pour into a round 18cm silicone mold or a loaf pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C.

Notes & Suggestions

  • Serve with a side salad of raw vegetables.
