Instructions
1. Steam the broccoli florets for 10 minutes and sauté the sliced mushrooms in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil until lightly golden.
2. Mix the flour with oat bran, curry powder, and yeast. Add water, eggs one by one, and whisk in between each addition. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in 3 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.
3. Add the vegetables and cheese in pieces. Pour into a round 18cm silicone mold or a loaf pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 190°C.
Notes & Suggestions
Serve with a side salad of raw vegetables.
