Instructions
1. Cut and hollow out the 2 butternut squash bases. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
2. Slice the onion and sauté it in a pan with a little olive oil until golden brown.
3. Fill the butternut squash bases with pieces of gorgonzola, bacon, and onion. Season with pepper and pour in the plant-based cream. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F).
