. Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water.

. Slice the onions.
In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, egg yolks, salt, and pepper.

. Sauté the onions in a frying pan. Once they are nicely browned, add the bacon.

. Remove the bacon from the heat as soon as it is browned and add it to the cream mixture.

. Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain it and mix in the cream sauce.

. Reheat the dish on the stove if it has cooled down.

. Serve and enjoy!
Notes & Suggestions
You can also add mushrooms to your dish as a garnish.

Hello, this is the raw weight, it is 100g dry pasta / person. You can reduce to 80g / person if you want to reduce energy intake.

These are not carbonara pasta but cream and bacon pasta.
