Carbonara Pasta

Instructions

  • 1.   Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water.
  • 2.   Slice the onions.
    In a bowl, mix together the sour cream, egg yolks, salt, and pepper.
  • 3.   Sauté the onions in a frying pan. Once they are nicely browned, add the bacon.
  • 4.   Remove the bacon from the heat as soon as it is browned and add it to the cream mixture.
  • 5.   Once the pasta is cooked al dente, drain it and mix in the cream sauce.
  • 6.   Reheat the dish on the stove if it has cooled down.
  • 7.   Serve and enjoy!

Notes & Suggestions

  • You can also add mushrooms to your dish as a garnish.

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

    Hello, this is the raw weight, it is 100g dry pasta / person. You can reduce to 80g / person if you want to reduce energy intake.

    These are not carbonara pasta but cream and bacon pasta.
