Not having any chicken breasts, I used thighs and browned them a bit before finishing cooking them in the oven. The rice was replaced with round rice, so I made a risotto by sautéing the onions and rice in the chicken fat. Then I added the curry and let it cook a bit to enhance the curry flavor, and then I let the rice swell with boiling water. Once the risotto was ready, I added honey, lemon, and sour cream. It was delicious!
